1/3 payment for services is due at signing of contract and is non-refundable; 1/3 due 1 month prior to event and remaining amount due 2 weeks prior to the event.
In the event of damage or loss of the photos, it is agreed that the photographer's liability shall be limited to no more than the amount paid to by the undersigned.
Any travel expenses incurred by the photographer outside a 40 mile radius from Concord, California will be paid by the client.
Proofs will be provided to the client no later than 30 days from the event.
Charges For Additional Services
DVD album with pictures from package $100
4 x 6 prints $1.00 each
5 x 7 prints $3.50 each
8 x 10 prints $15.00 each
11 x 16 prints $22.00 each
Charge for additional hours outside of contract $100.00/hr.
